Need wiring for 7318 to HP LaserJet 4M/4Plus

Question:
What are the pinouts for a HP LaserJet 4/4M from
a 7318 serial port?

Response:

The pinouts for the HP LaserJet 4/4M Plus are:

Printer DB-9 Cable
Pin     Signal                 Direction       Purpose
2 Transmit Data Output Status Info to Host
3 Receive Data Input Print Data from Host
4 Data Set Ready Input Host Ready to Print
5 Signal Ground Ground Common Ground
6 Data Terminal Ready Output Flow Control from Printer.

WARNING: There is NO RTS signal coming from this printer. This
presents a problem to the AIX printing system because AIX requires that
CTS always be HIGH for the system to print. We expect the printer to
supply a sign of life to this signal line. The HP LaserJet 4/4M Plus
does not have such a line. This means that a SPECIAL cable must be
made to wrap back one of the output signals from AIX to the CTS input
signal on AIX. RTS must be tied to CTS at the AIX end of the cable.

The following pinouts should work with either XON/XOFF or DTR Flow
Control. I would recommend DTR flow control be used for best results.
This requires that DTR from the printer be attached to DCD on AIX.

7318                       Printer
rj45                       DB9
DCD 1 \<---------- 6 or 8 DTR (Flow control line)
DTR      2 ->               4   DSR  (Probably doesn't matter)
RTS /-- 3 Tied to CTS at the 7318 end of the cable.
RXD  |   4  \<------------    2  TXD
CTS \\-- 6 Tied to RTS at the 7318 end of the cable.
GND      7  -------------    5  GND (signal groun)
TXD      8   ------------>   3  RXD
