Port number to use for adding tty to PCMCIA modem on 820

DESC:
The customer is installing a pcmcia modem card and needs assistance.

ACT:
Install devices.pcmcia.serial (common IBM PCMCIA Serial Port Software) 
devices.pcmcia.a4001d00 (IBM PCMCIA High Speed Fax Modem Card Software)
through SMIT install, and then run cfgmgr.

Once lslpp -h |grep devices.pcmcia.a4001d00 shows software is installed:

      lsdev -Cc adapter; (sa2 available, pcmcia modem).  smitty tty,
      add a tty, rs232, sa2, port number = s (as in Sam).

        tty0 is now available on 05-02-01-00 (sa1) PCMCIA adapter.
        Added entries to /etc/uucp/Devices:

        Direct tty0 - 9600 direct
        ACU    tty0 - 9600 hayes

        We tested with cu -ml tty0
        We get connected to the modem and "AT" command to the modem
        causes it to return "OK" and the modem is working fine.
