1.  lsdev -Cc tape
    get all scsi information about each tape drive
       00-02-01-1,0  3590
       00-08-00-6,0  8mm5gb

2.  rmdev -dl rmt0
    rmdev -dl rmt1

3.  lsdev -Cc adapter
      Figure out which vscsi\# is for the 00-02-01 device
      Trying to figure out the parant adatper for the 3590 tape drive

4.  smitty tape     Adding the 8mm 5gb for rmt0
      Add a Tape Drive
         8mm5gb   scsi 5.0 GB 8mm Tape Drive (choose this one)
         Choose the correct connection address    00-08-00
         Choose the correct scsi id  6,0

5.  From the command line run this command
    mkdev -c tape -t 3590 -s scsi -p vscsi\# -w 1,0 -l rmt2
        Use the vscsi\# value from step 3
