cp: /usr/lpp/sysback/boot/sysinit: No such file or directory

Question:

Env:
  AIX 4.1.4
  RISC R30 and E20
  sysbaxck 3.3.3.16

Problem:
  Customer is doing a network boot from his E20 over
  the network from his R30.  He is getting these error
  messages:

 BACKUP & RECOVERY/6000 
 cp: /usr/lpp/sysback/boot/sysinit: No such file or directory
 cp: /usr/lpp/sysback/inst/sysmain: No such file or directory
 chmod: /etc/sysmain: No such file or directory
 chmod: /etc/sysinit: No such file or directory
 /sbin/rc.boot[300]: /etc/sysinit: not found

These files do exist on the server

Action Taken:
  The customer had a filesystem called /usr/lpp/sysback
  This was causing our problems.  When sysback does
  a network boot it will nfs mount /usr from the server
  to the client system.  It expects to find the sysback
  programs in /usr/lpp/sysback.  If you have a filesystem
  mounted on /usr/lpp/sysback, it will not know to mount
  it to the client as well.  You should be mounting
  your filesystem somewhere else, instead of directly 
  mounted on /usr/lpp/sysback

1.  I had the customer change the mount point of 
    /usr/lpp/sysback to /backup.  Then I had him remount it
    to /backup

2.  Copy over the files in /backup
    .local_access, .exclude_list, .remote_access, and .servers
    To /usr/lpp/sysback

3.  Reinstall sysback again, so it will rebuild the 
    /usr/lpp/sysback directory correctly.

4.  Rebuild the network boot images

5.  reboot the client

Now the client rebooted without problems
