syseditvginfo: expr test argument expected.

 ENV:
  AIX 4.2
  RISC 39H

PROBLEM:
Trying to restore in service mode with sysback. He has two hard
disks that he will need to use. When he chooses to edit the volume
group information, he gets this error:

  syseditvginfo: [expr] test argument expected.

ACTION TAKEN:
We turned DEBUG on and noticed that on his second hard disk,
the size field is not filled in,

size=
 This is set in sysinst.lib:
(from checkpvspace)

        for pvname in $*
        do
                size=$(bootinfo -s $pvname)

We went to the maintenance shell and did the following commands:

bootinfo -s hdisk0 \<------ 382
bootinfo -s hdisk1 \<------ doesn't return anything

Talked to Lee who said that this was due to either a hardware
problem or a disk that needed to be formatted. The customer said
that the disk was used by another system at 4.2.

*ACTION PLAN:
Customer will format disk and try again.
