Don't see disks in service mode with sysback when cloning

PROBLEM:

Disks don't show up as valid devices to restore to when
booting from a sysback tape made on another system.

SOLUTION:

The problem is that the disks are on a scsi adapter that
uses a driver which was not loaded onto the original system.
Because the adapter doesn't show up, neither do the hard
drives. We are able to boot to service because the boot
device (the tape drive) is on a different adapter and we
have support for it.

Go to maintenance shell and run 'cfgmgr', when it hits the
adapters it doesn't have support for, it will list off
the name of the device package that needs to be installed.

You can also get this by running the config methods for the
bus that the adapter is on:

/usr/lib/methods/cfgbus -l bus0
devices.scsi.????
