This patch for dehacked v1.3

It turns all the guys impaled on posts into targets.

They only twitch when they are getting hit.

They can be killed with 1 solid shotgun blast, but take a good number of 
bullets or two-three plasma shots.

They also count towards the kill% so consider mercy another of your missions.

Try the included impale.wad to have a mercy-kill party!

Now you can finally put those guys out of their misery!
