Version 1.01
The enclosed Delphi project implements an application Launcher bar.
Previous version contained extraneous files and was missing one
source file.

Drag items from File Manager to the Launcher. Each time you try
to launch an item, the Launcher checks to see if the app is already
running. If it is, the old app is found and brought to the front.
Dock toolbar in favorite corner of screen. Switch orientation.
Change Background of toolbar to your favorite texture.

Press the "Tool" icon to bring up a configuration screen.

Source included. Send comments and suggestions to me

This project is distributed as Careware. If you make use of
the source code or program, please send a contribution to my
brother John and his family. They are missionaries in Brazil.
Their mission is to get kids off the streets of Sao Paulo. You
really wouldn't believe the way society treats street kids
there and my brother and his family are making a difference.

Even small contributions make a difference. $5, $10, $25, whatever.

There are two ways to contribute (US tax-deductible):

Gifts for Street Kids Ministry:
SPARK

=======================================================================
Here is an excerpt from one of John & Patty's newsletters:

A year or so ago, I had noticed a teenage boy who stayed apart from all the others, a shoeshine box
constantly dangled over his shoulder. The boy, named Jaime, shows signs of mental deficiency and
suffers constant teasing from all the other kids on the street. Yet he insists on working for his meager
living by shining shoes instead of stealing or begging. He has a certain intelligence that many of the
street kids lack, yet he can't see very well.

Stephen and Mary, the couple who will marry in August, have taken a special interest in Jaime. The
Pastoral de Menor, the Catholic group who works with street kids, has arranged frequent visits to the
eye specialist, and Stephen has taken up the task of walking Jaime through them.
He found that the years of abuse and teasing that Jaime has suffered has left him starved for
attention. Stephen listens to him, hugs him, explains to him that he is someone special. Jaime feels
valued, not just by Stephen and Mary, but by the God who sent them to him.

The doctor has prescribed glasses for Jaime. Probably, he will need cataract surgery one day. For
now, the glasses will be enough -- providing the other kids don't steal them or destroy them. We plan
on buying him at least two pair, keeping the reserve pair for him just in case. The Pastoral de Menor is
happy to buy one pair and, because we have money in the SPARK account in Illinois, we can buy the
other pair. This is an important gift for us to give and we are happy to have the means to do this. We
are grateful for those of you who are already contributing to our ministry.

Last year SPARK (So Paulo Assn. for the Rescue of Kids) received tax deductible status. The
money that comes through SPARK doesn't come to us personally, but goes directly to the ministry to
street kids. We use it to furnish the street kids house, to pay for transportation for the team, to rent
our telephone line and to provide what is needed for the kids on the street. When girls come to live
with us, we use this money to provide for them in the house.
