If on-line services and networks were cars:

Compuserve: A Model T. It was revolutionary in its day, but the car industry has gone downhill since.

Prodigy: A Go-Cart. It's slow, clunky, and hard to steer.

The Internet: An IndyCar. It's for pro drivers who know how to drive it. Not for normal people.

And my personal favorite...

AOL: an Isetta. Slow, Clunky, made by BMW, but anyone who will pay 3.95 an hour MUST be a clown.

OR

AOL: a Driver's Ed Car. Falls apart often, has two brake pedals, and if you don't dump it for the
real thing, you deserve an F in computers.
