this file, sblaster.qrf, is from the Usenet News newsgroup comp.music,
and is included in its original form, except that I've added some
formatting on the header, which had the usual long (.....) path names
that are often associated with UUCP connections where things pass from
machine to machine before hitting a backbone like the Internet.

DISCLAIMER: I make no claims as to the accuracy of the information
provided in this file....I'm just passing along what appears to be
the most comprehensive documentation set on programming the SoundBlaster
and AdLib boards. all comments regarding the correctness of this
information should, therefore, be directed at the author, not me.
