This program runs with Windows 3.0 or higher. To install this program
Windows must be running.  From the PROGRAM MANAGER or FILE MANAGER 
select FILE from the menu bar and then select the RUN option.

On the command line enter the drive and path where startup program is located.

	drive:\path\SETUP.EXE

For example, if the software is on a diskette in the "A:" drive type:

	A:\SETUP.EXE

If it is in the SHAREWARE subdirectory on the "C:" drive type:

	C:\SHAREWARE\SETUP.EXE

This program was written using Visual Basic. As a result, there are
run time libraries.  These libraries will be installed if they are
not on you system or they are not the latest versions.

When using Icon See you need to be aware that it takes time for the 
program to load. Please be patient.

If you register, a version will be sent that allows you to turn off
the startup messages and turn off the sound.  Registration is $29.

	SETUPKIT.DL_ - Libraries needed during the install.
	VER.DL_      - Library to check program versions.
	SETUP.LST    - Setup input naming file.
	SETUP1.EXE   - Icon See install program. It is renamed
		       at install time.
