Snippet.zip should contain the following 8 files:

SNIPPET.EXE Main Executable
REGISTER.EXE Used by SNIPPET.EXE
THREED.VBX Used by SNIPPET.EXE
SNIPPET.DAT Main Data file
TIPS.QTS Data file
LIST.SNP Data file
SNIPPET.TXT Registration form
README.TXT This file

Copy all files to a Directory of your choice - move THREED.VBX
to your WINDOWS\SYSTEM Directory (If you haveTHREED.VBX check
the DATE on your copy - if the date is earlier than the one
supplied with Snippet, copy the later version into your
WINDOWS\SYSTEM Directory).

VBRUN300.DLL is needed but not supplied to save download time.
This Library file can be found on many Computer Magazine Disks/CD's
or can be downloaded from Compuserve or from any other Bulletin
Board.

The Snippet Program adds a button to Visual Basic's toolbar if
Visual Basic is running at the time Snippet is run. The button
contains a pair of scissors, should this button cause you any
problems it can be prevented from being loaded by Starting
Snippet before Visual Basic.

The Snippet Button works in VB3 Professional and VB4 32 Bit.

When Clicking the "Copy Snippet Button" the "Code Window Text"
will be copied to the ClipBoard. If a "Visual Basic Code Window"
is open the "Code Window Text" will be pasted into that "Visual
Basic Code Window" at the current cursor position of that window.
This function does not work in VB4 32 Bit, the selected Snippet
will be copied to the Clipboard - where it can be pasted into a
"VB4 Code Window" in the usual way.

Comments and ideas to make Snippet a better program would be
appreciated.

Bye... :-)
