Installation
---------------
To install, copy the ENCODE.DCU,DECODE.DCU,ENCODE.DCR, and DECODE.DCR files
to your component directory (EX: C:\PROGRAM FILES\BORLAND\DELPHI 2.0\CUSLIB).
Back up the COMPLIB.DCL file just to be safe.  Then, in DELPHI choose OPTIONS,
INSTALL COMPONENTS from the menu, select ADD, then BROWSE and install the
ENCODE.DCU and DECODE.DCU files and press OK. After this the ENCODE and
DECODE DCUs should install into the SAMPLES pallete of your component bar.
From here, just drop the components on your form and you are good to go!

See the Delphi Programmer's reference for instructions on installing the
HELP and KEYWORD files. Installing help will allow you to get context s
sensitive help on each property and event by pressing F1 while a particular
property or event is selected in the Object Inspector.
