This program is a major initiative on my part, requiring a lot of time and
effort. This effort does not include the amount of time spent RESEARCHING
Euphoria and having conversations with Rapid Deployment Software to
validate my work. I'm very proud of what I created and hope this tutorial
will assist you in writing your very own Euphoria programs.

It is for this reason that this tutorial is FREEWARE. Under the terms of
freeware distribution, here is what you may and may not do:

You may:

a) freely give the ORIGINAL .ZIP file to anyone interested in learning about
Euphoria. This includes uploading the ORIGINAL .ZIP file to any BBSes in your
reach.

You may NOT:

a) sell this software to make a profit. This is freeware, so you are not to
sell this software directly except under the two conditions:

     i) as part of download charges from a commercial service, though I
respectfully ask all BBSes and ISPs to make this file
a FREE download, so that no credits or download charges are
incurred by the user downloading this file from your service.

ii) to cover the COST of storing this on a floppy diskette. While you
may not charge for the software, you can charge for the floppy
diskette it is stored on, but please do not make a profit off selling
        a measley floppy.

b) reZIP the files and distribute to another person or online service. There
is a risk that you may not include the directories or files required that
make the software run (hey, we are all human and humans make big mistakes).
If you want to distribute, use the ORIGINAL .ZIP file I made.

c) modify or improve on the software (even if it needs it), use the graphics
in the software for commercial ventures, or basically take credit for the
work I have done. I am giving this software away for free, so I think it
would be unfair if someone used all or part of my work to make money. This
is a learning tool, not a game. While "Euphoria" is copyright 1997
Rapid Deployment Software, "A Beginner's Guide To Euphoria II" belongs to
this software. If you want to write your own primer on Euphoria, do it all
by yourself using your own creativity and efforts. I would prefer someone
else doing a better job at teaching Euphoria with superior software than
someone taking my work and passing it off on their own. I am open to the
idea of helping others write primers for Euphoria, but I want credit for any
effort I put in.

I put this tutorial through its paces on my computer, but admittedly I have
a lot of hard drive space and memory on my P-90. It has also been tested on
various 486's to see how it runs. It is a solid piece of work, so you should
not have any trouble running this program.. If you do find a bug or a crash,
let me know at the addresses below and I will fix it.

While all attempts are made to ensure this program will run safely on your
computer, I am not liable for any *accidental* loss of data or damage to
your system. However, it is extremely unlikely this program will cause
you any grief of that magnitude.

So far I have found no problems with the mouse features. However, if you
find the pointer does not appear, or cannot move the mouse, make sure the
mouse driver is loaded before running the tutorial. Any problems or
questions, please feel free to send me email at moggie@interlog.com or
moggie@ebean.com.

Thank you!
