Textmapper 3.0, (C) 1994

Textmapper converts an ascii text file to a bitmap. You drag and drop a file
onto textmapper. Then play with the text colors, fonts, resolutions, and pagesize
before saving it as a bitmap to disk or the clipboard. The size of the source file
to be converted is limited to 64k; the output size is limited only by system memory.

TextMapper has been a hobby project of mine and works fine on my system.
It requires WINDOWS 3.1 . I have tested:
        486dx2-66, 16meg and 486dx-33, 8meg
	800 x 600 16/256 color display
Rolland PR-2450, HP-IIP, and WINFAX printers

I have not had the opportunity to test TextMapper on other equipment,
although I hope the software is robust enough to handle it (particularly
different printers).

PLEASE USE A MOUSE! - I'm working on it, but right now you may run
into difficulties returning to the main window if you happen to get
into one of the "View" windows via keyboard.

To install: copy the files to a directory. Then run File Manager
on your Program Manager desktop. Open that directory,
and drag 'n drop the TEXTMAP3.EXE file to the Program
Group of your choice. Next drag 'n drop the TEXTMAP.INI
file into your WINDOWS directory (do not omit this step).
            Voila!

The distribution files are: Textmap3.exe
			      Textmap.ini
			      Textmap.hlp
			      Menu.hlp
			      Pgsetup.hlp
			      Readme.txt

If you have suggestions or modifications, I'd be really interested in
hearing from you. Enjoy!
