  - The user now has the option of picking which thumbnails (composite or
    individual layers) that they want to render or clear when using the
    "Render Thumbnail(s)" and "Clear Thumbnail(s)" command.

  - Bug Fix - Changing the name or description of a texture did not update the
              texture unless a different property page was selected prior to
              closing the editor.

  - Bug Fix - The help buttons in the Simple Texture editor now work correctly.

  - Bug Fix - The GDI resources in Win95 were not being freed by Texture Magic.
              This caused the catalogs to go blank after a while.

              displays has been fixed.

  - Color maps can now be saved to individual files and opened in the color
    map editor.

  - Application state is saved after exiting, so catalogs and window positions
    are restored upon reloading Texture Magic.

  - Added a copy to clipboard function to the view source window.

  - Added CompuServe registration information to the documentation and readme
    files.

  - Bug Fix - Video for Windows on Matrox cards was crashing with Texture Magic.
              This has been fixed but you must add a registry setting. Please see
              the README.TXT file for more information.

  - Bug Fix - Transformations were saved incorrectly for the Pigment and
              Normal settings.

  - Bug Fix - Wrinkles was spelled wrong in the Normal property page.

  - Bug Fix - When position 1.0 was selected in the color map editor,
              the slider bar was sometimes enabled. If the user attempts
              to move this slider the software crashes.

  - Bug Fix - The "Image Settings" button was not appearing when editing
              a texture with an image map for the pigment or normal.

  - Bug Fix - You may now create a custom shape with more than one object
              that uses %%TEXTURE_NAME%%

  - Bug Fix - Texture maps were not being loaded when selected from the
              recent file list on the File menu.

  - Bug Fix - Texture settings were not being kept when the thumbnail's
              rendering was stopped.

  - There is now an IOR presets button in the finish property page that
    allows you to select predefined IOR values. 40 presets are included
    and you may add, modify, and remove values as you want.

  - There is now a registry setting that makes it so Texture Magic does
    not use Video for Windows to display the onscreen bitmaps. This may
    fix some problems with certain video drivers, but it is necessary
    to run in 16-bit color or higher. See README.TXT for more information.

01/28/96 - Version 0.9a
  - Bug Fix - The name and descriptions of the textures were not being
              updated until the OK button was being pressed in the editor.              

  - Bug Fix - Debug mode did not work under Win95.

  - Bug Fix - Changed the window titles of the texture editors from
              "New Material" to "New Simple Texture" and so forth.

  - Bug Fix - The forward/back buttons in the help files were not working
              correctly.

  - Bug Fix - Help was crashing when attempting to view the registration
              form under Win95.

  - Bug Fix - Thumbnails in layered textures where being rendered at the
              wrong size when rendering the thumbnails for the entire
              texture.

  - Bug Fix - The antialiasing flag for the Layered Texture preview
              window was not being updated when the flag was changed
              in the Simple Texture preview window.

  - Textures are unselected as their thumbnails are being rendered. This
    allows you to visually view the progress.
  
  - The turbulence strength can now be increased to 200 (2.0 for POV).

  - The order of the tabs in the texture editor has been changed to
    General, Pigment, Normal, Finish.

  - The description for a texture now wraps after exceeding 60 characters.
