End-User License Agreement

All information and material contained in the "List of Lists" Champion is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, including, but not limited to warranties concerning the completeness, or accuracy of the information and material contained, or the results to be obtained from using such information and material. Ken Ramsthaler shall not be held responsible for any claims attributable to omissions, errors, or other inaccuracies of the information and material contained in the "List of Lists" Champion. In no event, will Ken Ramsthaler be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to accidental damages, arising out of the use of the information and material contained in the "List of Lists" Champion. By ordering the "List of Lists" Champion, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement.
