Internet Explorer HOWTO

Copy the three folders MAC, WIN31 and WIN95_NT
on the root of the disc.

The MAC folder will permit Macintosh users to access IE for Macintosh. Works even on a regular DOS 8.3 filesystem cdroms.

Here's the files you need to modify:

autorun.inf   Add the IE install programs to the menu.

WIN95_NT/eng/DEMOBIN/Start.htm    
This is a HTML file that IE uses when it first starts up after installing the software. Point it to the "title screen" see WebMaster's Toolkit or Jolt! Games for examples of this.

WIN31/eng/DEMOBIN/Start.htm

WIN95_NT/eng/packages/Moreinfo.txt  
Simple place a copy of the ReadMe.txt in this file. Make sure it's properly readable under Windows95.
