SHAREWARE NOTICE and TERMS

The content of this archive is shareware: if you intend to use it
longer than a 30-day trial period, you must register with the author.

In return for your registration you will receive the most recent
updates of the items mentioned in the lists below (except retail items
not ordered).

Simply send the basic shareware charge ($20) plus additional $5
amounts for selected retail items, if any, to:

Bob Eyer
1100 Bloor Street West
Suite 16
Toronto, Canada M6H 1M8

Please mention in your accompanying note whether you wish 5.25" or
3.5" diskette format, and, of course, don't forget to include your
address.

Do not send checks. Checks cause problems for long-distance
transactions which make them unsuitable for small purchases by mail
order. Only cash or money orders will be accepted. Improper or
incomplete orders will be returned to the sender unfilled.

Enquiries may be placed by writing directly to the author via GO MAIL
at Compuserve [73230,2620], or by mail to the address above.
Registered users are always assured of a response, and of tech support
related to these programs, if needed.

The author is amenable to requests for custom versions of any of these
works; terms subject to negotiation. However, orders of custom
versions assume payment of the basic shareware charge unless the
customer has already paid it.

Ordering Retail Programs
------------------------
Certain items are not 'shareware' but are enhanced retail versions.
These versions are separately priced at $5 each, as indicated below.
It is not practical for me to fill orders for items at only $5; so I
require shareware registration ($20) as part of the order. For
example, to order HOSP, you must send $25 (($20 shareware pgms + $5
HOSP).

Warranty and Disclaimer:
-----------------------
The author, Bob Eyer, of this and all items below guarantees the
physical integrity of the diskette covering the points above, and will
replace free of charge, if it is received defective. However, in no
case will the author be responsible for any damages due to loss of
data or any other reason. In no event does the author's liability for
any damages exceed the price paid for the buyer's order of this
software, regardless of the form of the claim. The person using the
software bears all risk as to the quality and performance of the
software.

DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAMS
-----------------------

PFL 1.5 - retail $5.00 (in addition to shareware registration)
-------
The enhanced retail version of STR 2.8 (see FUTL below). TSR string
and file paster. Injects characters through the keyboard buffer.
Variable control options. Batch and Edit modes. 80 character lines.
Can use all available conventional memory to store files to be
pasted. Especially useful in communications environments which lack
an adequate text upload facility. Can be modified to fit your
requirements. Currently supports some specialised environments
requiring special end-of-line characters and line-pausing
arrangements, including ROSCOE (a DOS-to-mainframe communications
program). 14K.

MG 3.3 - retail $5.00 (in addition to shareware registration)
------
Moving average graphing program. Especially designed for obtaining
graphic updates on stock-market activity in practical trading
environments where it is essential that the user get a quick graph
immediately, with points of the graph directly associated with the
numerical and other text information which these points represent (a
feat impractical in Lotus graphics). Designed to be used with SETV in
the SUTL package. 15K.

HOSP 2.7a - retail $5.00 (in addition to shareware registration)
--------
HOSP (HOST Plus) provides a simple BBS using the most recent version
of HOST as its core system, but with added optional features
triggerable by simple file detection. HOSP has a DOOR option and the
package includes a STOP program permitting the user to design a single
batch file to manage any number of HOSP doors and corresponding
menus. Has ringback, file transfer including FMS option (option to
effect file transfer from/to one file list covering many directories),
mail, chat, userlog, sysop shell, bulletins, immediate file
downloading, color prompts, more. Unique to HOSP is fast
userfile/password logon, a complete information services subsystem,
switched private file transfer, and many other additional features.
Adjustable word wrap in message entry and chat, and automatic logging
of chat to disk, providing a convenient private messaging system,
fixes echo logic bug that caused remote hangs when run from certain
modems. New: HOSP now offers automatic logging of downloading
activity to a log file specially formatted for running summaries.
HOSP orders now include the SDL interpretation program (see below), as
well as the MODEM modem loader. 48k.

HOSP orders give the purchaser the right to free updates by direct
electronic transfer.
