will create your config file for you!

04-15-93 - Version 2.0

08-5-93 - Removed the need for the file called "WELCOME.DAT"
              This file should be deleted!

09-5-93 - Almost complete Rewrite of WELSF.
                - Configurable Colors
                - Faster screen drawing
                - Smaller .EXE File Size

09-7-93 - CONFIGW.EXE renamed to SETUP.EXE

09-10-93 - Welcome is now desqview aware! This should make it
work much better for those who run their BBS under
              Desqview.

09-12-93 - The config file now has 16 lines which is 9 more lines
than the last version. These extra lines are used to define
              the new configurabel color system.

09-13-93 - Added .KEY file system.

09-13-93 - SETUP.EXE complete re-created! This is
due to the fact that the configuration
file has changed a great deal.

09-14-93 - Version 2.5

10-13-93 - Fixed a small bug that would in the right cases cause
your SFUSERS.DAT file to become currupt. I have not
been able to get it to happen here on my system..
but one of my registered sysops has.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO COPY SFDOORS.DAT TO A WORKING
DIRECTORY AND *DO NOT* COPY IT BACK TO YOUR SPITFIRE
              DIRECTORY!

One of my programming utilities changes the values in
sfdoors.dat and if spitfire reads it back it will cause
              problems...
