Note to Registered CMPQwk Beta testers:

This release of the help file is only an interim measure to
prevent those of you using the current build from getting "Help
Topic Not Found" messages upon opening help.

You may delete the original 001-009.* files shipped with the
beta and update and replace them with those in this file.

You MUST have OPTION.DLL in your Windows\System directory for the
help sound to function. OPTION.DLL was shipped with version 1.14
of the program and is NOT included in this zip. You MUST have that
file for this help file to function correctly or you will get
error message to the effect of "Routine Not Found..."

The 1.5 release of CMPQwk will contain the option to disable help
sounds, the beta is not configurable in this fashion, as the feature
was added "for fun" originally, and to test the plausibility of
adding multimedia help to a shareware program. It has been,
generally, well-received and will continue.

If you like, you can copy rename the *.snd files to *.WAV and *most*
systems with sound boards will be able to play them as such. Be sure
to keep the original files as well or you will get error beeps.

The current build of the help file is NOT complete and may be missing
sections relating to new features of the program. It is released in
the current state to prevent error messages, nothing more. Version
1.5 will have context-sensitive help from all major dialogues or
functions, and this had to be encoded into the program for testing.

This help file supercedes all prior help files, and they should be
discarded accordingly.

If the context-sensitive help from a dialogue takes you to the wrong
section, please tell us!
