To use this software, you must have a installed a WinSock 1.1 
compliant TCP/IP stack.

1) Copy the files in this archive to a directory.
2) Copy the CTL3D.DLL to your Windows System directory, unless
   there already is a copy there.
3) Run the FINGERD.EXE program.
4) Use the File Setup command to configure the program.
