    *NOTE*  On the first world, use this to fly straight up and into the
            rock to find the Hip Hop.
APOGEE - toggles 16 color, slow mo "Apology mode (EGA)"
DOOM - turn screen red momentarily. (monsters faster I think)
KEN - quickly exit and go to the DOS prompt.
HOOKER - makes a sound and turns the screen green momentarily.
MARK - die.   <good when trapped>
BAD - get the bird companion.
LAMER - skip level
HOCUS - warp to somewhere else on the level.
CHECK - display some numbers on the bottom left (memory check?)
