Animator [animatr]  (Scott Stephenson, reg. fee: $0) contains Pascal source
code and an executable that shows how to access and write to the desktop
screen. NEW: draws several types of objects including elipses, dots, and
rectangles.

BMPTlKit 2.0 [BMPTLK]  (Tom W. Fulton, reg. fee: $0) is an 8- and 24-bit
bitmap processor. You can negate, posterize, high and low pass filter, edge
detect, display histogram, equalize, mirror image, zoom, pixelate, convert
to grayscale, color separate, rotate, combine two bitmaps, and much more.
Complete TPW source is included.

COBOL Express 1.0 [COBOLX]  (N.A. Sales, reg. fee: $109) is designed to aid
the programmer in maintaining and modifying COBOL and ASCII program source
files. It utilizes an internal data dictionary composed of COBOL reserve
words and user defined symbols.

FCC 1.10 [fcc110]  (Four Lakes Computing, reg. fee: $95) is a DLL that
provides file caching and disk compression. Features include efficient LRU
file caching which allows block sizes as small as 128 bytes, optional read
and write access to compressed files, direct replacements for Microsoft LZ
functions, and more. VB sample source and an executable demo are included.

HLPDK 10.0 [hlpdk]  (ISoft D&M, reg. fee: $50) is a hypertext and hypermedia
Help Database Development Kit. It includes two royalty-free help engines and
a help compiler with a built-in cross reference tool. This allows you to
write one help text source and compile it to many different targets. 
Features include Microsoft Multimedia Viewer support, application launching
links, multiple file target database support, user-defined link templates,
and much more.

MakLoader [makload]  (Bill Pennington, reg. fee: $6) allows you to
double-click on a MAK file in File Manager and direct it to the proper
program (VC++, VBWIN, VBDOS, or Notepad). Requires VBRUN300.

NiftoMeter 1.0 [niftom]  (Timothy D. Noonan, reg. fee: $0-$6) is a 3-D
progress meter custom control for VB.

Object Machine Demo [objmcx]  (The Aerosoft Company, reg. fee: $5) is a
teaching aid about finite-state machines for beginners. Requires VBRUN100.

Suite Maker 2.1 [SMAKER21]  (Robotica Automation Consultants, Inc., reg.
fee: $25) allows you to manage and execute suites of Microsoft Test scripts.
It organizes your test suites and reduces the frustration normally
encountered in running them in a multiple-tester environment. Suite Maker
allows the user to specify the command line arguments, scripts, and order of
execution for a suite and save them for future modification.

SVInstal 2.12 [svinst]  (Soft Ventures, reg. fee: $42-$62) installs program
and data files from a distribution floppy to a hard drive.

Turbo Debugger for SVGA [TDSVGA]  (reg. fee: $0) contains DLL's to use with
Turbo Debugger for Windows when using an SVGA card.

VC [VC]  (Martin Williams, reg. fee: $0) is a digital clock with a swining
pendulum.

Increased File Handle Libraries 1.0 [VCNTXF]  (reg. fee: $0) contains Visual
C++ libraries that allow the use of up to 256 handles or up to 128 streams.

ARIS Visual Diff for Windows 1.1 [vdiff]  (Alexander Riedel, reg. fee: $20)
is a programmer's utility to visually compare two text files. Differences
are shown in different colors (deleted=red, inserted=green and
changed=blue). The two compared files are shown in two syncronized windows,
and file sizes are limited only to available memory.

ItemList 1.0 [ITEMLIST]  (David Stroud, reg. fee: $0) is a set of calls for
a last-file-loaded list.
