This new release corrects the 1.31 bug for VLB version. That is,
Windows doesn't hang any more for high resolutions. Like older
releases, you have to install them from floppy and be sure to
set the display adapter to VGA before restarting windows because
if not, your computer hangs after the startup screen.

I noticed a increased performance of the windows drivers ( comparing
to version 1.2 ). The kelvin seems to be faster, even in high depth
resolutions. This is comfirmed by the tests I have done which are
better than before. A good news , isn't it ?

Finnaly, I've tested the executables using scan v117. No viruses.
