Astronomica is Windows 95/98 based planetarium program,
that offers highly realistic views of entire sky from
any place on the Earth. Astronomica has an intuitive 
and easy-to-use interface that lets quickly navigate
within the program and search for celestial bodies.
Extensive information about objects is available after
single mouse click. It also can smoothly animate solar
system objects, create star charts on the printer and
display photographic images on the screen.

Astronomica is an original astronomical software that gives you
the possibility to observe the sky on your computer. Astronomica 
offers realistic views of entire sky as seen from any location 
on Earth, for any day in the past, present and future. You can 
selectively display stars, planets, deep sky objects, and enhance 
the display by drawing constellations, equatorial grids, ecliptic 
and more.

Astronomica has easy-to-use interface that allows you quickly 
navigate within the map, search for celestial bodies and view 
detailed information about any visible object. Using the mouse 
buttons as well as the menu commands and the toolbar buttons, 
you can do everything with the celestial sphere and objects on it.

With Astronomica, you can view the motions of the stars, Sun, Moon 
and planets over time and observe many interesting astronomical 
phenomena. The sky display can be also easily printed to take 
with you on skywatching journeys. Astronomica implements the WYSIWYG 
technology (What You See Is What You Get), so you can view exactly 
what you can get from the printer. 

One of the most impressive features of Astronomica is its capacity 
for displaying photographic images. There are two different ways 
to display an image: manually and automatically. Thousands of 
beautiful astronomical images are available on the Internet, 
so you can easily build your own collection that can be simply 
accessed in the program.

distribution of the program. The recipient of Astronomica must be informed 
in advance, that the fee paid to acquire Astronomica does not relieve the 
recipient from puchasing the Licensed Version of Astronomica if the recipient 
continues to use Astronomica.
