EARLY LEARNING for Windows, Version 4.5    
    
Early Learning presents fourteen educational programs for children 
aged 3 through 7.  A Sound Editor allows you to record your voice
in the programs.
 
Letter Fun teaches recognition of the lower and upper case letters, 
picture-word relation, and spelling of some simple words.  It also 
helps teach letter location on the keyboard.  Counting Fun shows 
the relationship of numbers and objects by teaching basic counting 
skills and number sequences with seven different exercises.  Card 
Fun has two fun card games that help teach letter and number 
recognition and discrimination.  Early Math presents a tutorial in 
the basic of addition and subtraction.  Each problem is graphically 
depicted and can be answered by the child or the computer.  In 
Snowman Math, by answering addition and subtraction problems, 
children race to see who can build their snowman first.  
Different difficulties. Colors & Shapes provides five exercises in 
learning about seven basic colors and shapes.  Learn, find, name 
colors and shapes and find same and different colors and shapes.    
Patterns provides help in skills needed for reading.  Games looking 
for same or different patterns and games requiring you to match a 
given pattern are given. 
 
Matching Fun challenges a child's memory skills by requiring him or 
her to remember where certain objects are hidden.  In Barnyard 
Fun, a child tries to remember where animals are in Farmer 
MacDonalds barn.  In Memory Game, one or two players try to find 
matching colors, shapes, or pictures on a playing board.  Puzzle 
Time challenges you to solve computer-generated jigsaw puzzles.  
And, lastly, there are three fun games for little kids.  Bug Builder is a 
fun race game even a two year old can play.  Tic Tac Toe is the 
classic puzzle - varying difficulties adjust how smart the computer 
is.  Treasure Maze is a fun game.  Find the hidden treasures and 
escape! 
   
Requirements:  

Windows 3.1/95/98/NT
Sound Card (highly recommended)
Visual Basic 4.0, 16 Bit Run-Time Files (most likely already
on your machine)

Installation:  

To install, run the SETUP.EXE program.  If SETUP does not 
operate properly, you need to install the Visual Basic 4.0 
16 Bit Run-Time files.  Follow the instructions at our web 
page:

After this, try the program's SETUP again.  If you need any help,
just contact us - we can send you disks with the run-time files.
   
Uninstall:  To uninstall the Early Learning programs, simply delete 
the directory (folder) they are installed in.
