The purpose of the program:
	Configuration and main system files backup and restore utility
	for Windows 95/98 (NT is not supported).
	
	Features include:
	* selective backup, restore and undo restore options
	  handling from 1 up to 10 files in Windows
	* autorestore option in MS-DOS mode
	* automatic file-presence and file-availability checking
	  with full feedback in both Windows and MS-DOS mode
	* automatic file attributes restoring to the system default
	  in both Windows and MS-DOS mode
	* quick PC restart
	* quick launch with handy access to:
	  - MS-DOS Prompt,
	  - 3 system editors,
	  - 2 system maintenance and repair tools,
	  - 2 system file management applications
	* integrated support for Swap File Overwriter
	* extensive background error-handling with efficient
	  error-autodiagnostics.

What's new in this version:
	Startup improvement - faster load of the registered version,
	Minor tune-ups extending the program's functionality,
	Source code further optimized for smoother performance,
	Graphical enhancements of the interface made,
	Help mini-button added to the program's caption bar,
	Stay On Top menu option discontinued,
	Registration fee lowered to US$ 5 for a single user,
	License to test and freely use the program without
		registration extended from 30 to 45 days,
	Documentation expanded and updated.

To install:
	Double-click on the self-extracting executable installation
	file Clg21.exe. This program comes with full uninstall support
	seamlessly integrated into Windows 95/98.

To uninstall:
	Use the standard Windows 95/98 uninstall procedure - click on
	Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs,
	select "Configuration LifeGuard" and proceed with uninstall.

The status of the program:
	Fully functional and uncrippled shareware - you may freely
 	use it and evaluate it for 45 days after which period you
	are requested to register if you want to continue using
	this application.

The distribution status of the program:
	Freely distributable in unmodified installation package with
	no limitations on distribution by any media.
