Description:

 CPU Indicator shows Win 95 CPU usage like Win NT.
 CPU Indicator can be accessed from within taskbar tray.
 It is allowing you to see CPU usage chart from one click
 of a pop up menu. Or hide chart and monitor CPU usage by
 icon in taskbar tray.

System Requirements:
--------------------
 80386/486 based IBM PC compatible computer (or higher).
 2MB of free memory;
 1MB free disk space;
 Microsoft Windows 95;
 A mouse;
 A color monitor with a VGA card is recommended.

Protection:

 CPU Indicator is distributed as Shareware. This is not Freeware or
 Public Domain. You may use the shareware version for 30 days.
 If after 30 days you would like to continue using it, then You
 should purchase a license. After you pay, you receive Registration
 Name and Registration key from the author to tell CPU Indicator that
 you have paid the shareware fee.

Paying:

 Paying for CPU Indicator is fairly simple. Open the Register program, that
 accompanies CPU Indicator, by starting up the file REGISTER.EXE. Enter your
 name, your email address, and the number of single user licenses you
 desire for each program you wish to purchase. Save or Copy or Print
 the data from the Register program and send the data and payment
 to Kagi Shareware. For further information open the REGISTER.HLP file.

Installation:
-------------
 Run CPUSETUP.EXE program and follow the instructions.

 and does not modified Windows libraries.

Starting:
---------
 Start CPU_IND.EXE from Windows environment (by double click in
 Windows Explorer for example).

Uninstallation:
-------------
 Run UNINSTAL.EXE program or manually 
 delete all files in the directory created for CPU Indicator
 and delete the directory too.
 Delete shortcut of CPU Indicator from your Startup group (folder).
 Run REGEDIT.EXE program and delete key 
 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\PySoft\CPUIndicator 
 from the registry.

Distribution terms:

 CPU Indicator may be distributed freely in its original unmodified and
 unregistered form. The distribution have to include all files of its
 original distribution.
