MoneyTime is a versatile financial calculator for
loans, investments, amortization schedules and other
calculations involving compound interest.

MoneyTime requires Windows 95 or later, 
or Windows NT 4.0 or later.


EVALUATION and REGISTRATION

MoneyTime is not free software.  MoneyTime is Shareware
software and you are hereby licensed to use this 
software for evaluation purposes without charge for a
period of 21 days. A registration fee of $15 is required 
to use this software after the 21-day evaluation period. 
Additional registration information, along with 
an order/registration form, is available within the
program. Unregistered use of MoneyTime after the
21-day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and 
international copyright laws.

DISTRIBUTION

Provided you verify you are distributing the Shareware 
Version, you are hereby licensed to make copies of
the Shareware version of this software and documentation, 
give exact copies of the original Shareware version to 
anyone, and distribute the Shareware version of the 
software and documentation in its unmodified form.
You are prohibited from charging, or requesting donations,
for any such copies. To verify the version you wish to
distribute is a Shareware version, select About from the
MoneyTime Help menu and check that a Serial Number is not
shown, indicating an unregistered copy of MoneyTime.


INSTALLATION
    1. Remove current installation of MoneyTime (if any) by
       following the instructions in the "Uninstall/Removal"
       section.
    2. Start Windows Explorer and go to the directory where 
       the software was downloaded.
    3. If the downloaded ZIP file was not automatically 
       decompressed during download, then decompress the
       file using an unZIPping program.
    4. Run SETUP.EXE by double clicking it in the Explorer.
    5. Follow the instructions of the setup program.


UNINSTALL/REMOVAL
     1. Click Start, select Settings then Control Panel.
     2. Double click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
     3. Select MoneyTime from the list of programs.
     4. Click the Add/Remove button to proceed with removal.

examples on how to use the software.
