BEFORE YOU INSTALL:

   If you have the previous version of the software installed, 
   you must uninstall it first before installing the software. 
   Settings of the program will not be erased by uninstalling 
   the software.

   1. Windows 95/98 or Windows NT4 (Service Pack 3+ recommended)
   2. Visual Basic 5 runtime files with Service Pack 2+
