How to install FeatherGIF


Drop the filter "FeatherGIF-197.8bf" into your paint program's 
Plug-Ins folder. 

FeatherGIF works best with Photoshop 3.0 or later.

When you launch your paint program, the Filter menu should contain 
an item called Flaming Pear, and that should lead to a sub-menu 
containing FeatherGIF
