\Standard Like most painting programs, I-Tex offers you standard rectangle operations. Press the left mouse button and drag the mouse to form a rectangle, which will be drawn with the primary color. |

Solid This function draws a rectangle on the background using the primary color. If you set the opacity value to lower than 100 the rectangle will blend with the texture. Used for : Basic pattern creation |

Outline These functions give you the ability to draw an un-filled rectangle, showing only its borders. The thickness of the borders can be adjusted with the pen size parameter. Distort The texture under the rectangle will be distorted to different directions. This can be used to simulate the erosion of an old stone wall, for example. Used for : Surface variation |

Crop to New This function copies the selected rectangle to a new texture. The rectangle has a minimum size of 16x16 pixels and a maximum size of 4096x4096 pixels. By using this function you can grab a part of an existing image to work on it with I-Tex. |
