Main changes are:

- Some players reported that the machine did not reset properly when all
  credits were lost; the game was halted instead. Steps were taken to prevent
  this situation from occurring.
- If the autobet feature is on and the player loses all his credits, coins
  will continue to be re-inserted according to the last value inserted.
- A player was not allowed to insert a coin when he had only one coin
  remaining. This was corrected.
- The "insufficient color depth" message was made more user-friendly.
