file: MY_NOTES.TXT

From the main screen, press <n> to view/edit your own QuickRef operational
note file (called MY_NOTES.TXT).

Use this file to record whatever notes you find useful to help with the
day-to-day operation of the program, and quickly review them by pressing <n>.
Edit the file by pressing <e> in the file viewer.

For example, use this file to remember what your various macro (.MCR) files
are for:

QuickRef Macro Files
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
TEMPLATE.MCR - The only macro included with the program distribution. Contains
               information about creating and using macros, and some sample
               entries that actually work.

STANDARD.MCR - You, the user, must create standard.mcr. Save template.mcr as
               standard.mcr, and change it to suit your needs.
