To use this Animated Cursor Collection follow the following 
instructions:

1.)  Click your "Start " button
2.)  Choose "Settings"
3.)  Choose "Control Panel".
4.)  Once running double-click on the "Mouse"  icon
5.)  Select the "Pointers" tab.
6.)  Choose a cursor event
7.)  Click the "Browse" button.
8.)  Select the desired cursor
9.)  Click "OK" button.
