NOTE: You must be running Windows 95 or NT4 to use the
EndeavorX system.

1. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
----------------------------

1. Create a unique temporary folder (directory).
2. Place EdxSE.exe in the folder.
3. Double click (execute) the EdxSE.exe file to initiate
   self-extraction.
4. Run SETUP.EXE after extraction.
5. Remove unique temporary folder after installation and reboot
   is complete.

Note:  The initial state of this version is a blank database -- 
please proceed immediately to the "Admin" icon and "Import" 
Microsoft or Novell tests, or both.


2. UPDATE POLICIES
------------------

If you have previously purchased any of the following test modules
directly from VFX Technologies, Inc. and will accept electronic 
delivery you may have your tests replaced at no charge.
