This file contains information regarding the posting of Expense Log 3.0b

For descriptions which you may use to describe the product please refer to
DESCRIBE.EXE and FILE_ID.DIZ.

The term "author," as stated hereafter, will refer to myself, Daniel M. Rose.
The terms "software" and "program" will refer to Expense Log 3.0b.
   
LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE:
The author hereby authorizes on-line distribution of the software package.

BBSs may distribute this software package outside the United States.
            
The software package - including all related program and documentation files
- CANNOT be modified in any way (other than that mentioned in the following
paragraph) and must be distributed as a complete package, without exception.

Many BBSs customarily add a small text file (advertisement) to each archived
file.  This method of mentioning your BBS is acceptable and may be used,
provided the software package is otherwise unmodified and complete.

You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
reverse engineer, or transfer the software package except as provided in
this agreement.
