This is an electronic encyclopedia in a text format that can be viewed by:

1).  Loading the file PENC.TXT from this directory using your favorite
     word processor

2).  Using the program called LIST included in your Utility Collection

3).  Typing TYPE PENC.TXT | MORE (press ENTER)
     Note:  this is a lengthy process that can be stopped anytime by
     pressing CTRL and BREAK at the same time
