ECPAGE TRIAL USE LICENSE


ECPage is NOT a public domain program.  It is copyrighted by
David R. Erickson.  This software and accompanying documentation are
protected by United States copyright law and also by international
treaty provisions.

David R. Erickson and Erickson Consulting grant you a limited license
to use this software for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed
thirty days.  If you continue using this software after the thirty-day
evaluation period, you MUST make a registration payment to Erickson
Consulting.  Fees paid to disk vendors, distributors, etc, are NOT
considered registration fees paid to the author as the author does not
receive them.

You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized
use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to David R. Erickson.

ECPage is licensed for use on a single computer at a time.  Special rates
are available for site and enterprise wide licenses; please write for rates.

This shareware is fully functional software; however, the registered version 
has no registration reminder screens and does support additional font 
typefaces.  Registered program disk is mailed out after registration.


                      LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

Permission to distribute this shareware version of ECPAGE is granted on a
non-exclusive basis providing that the package is complete and unaltered.
Users must be aware that this is SHAREWARE and any fees charged to users
must be nominal distribution fees.  The author, David Erickson, reserves
the right to revoke this distribution license.  

NOTE: Any distribution which implies that this is other than shareware, with 
registration fees due to the author (David R. Erickson), is not permitted.  

CD ROM distributors are requested to send to the author a copy of the CD 
containing ECPage.  Book and hardware bundling distribution is normally 
permitted with prior notice and permission of the author.

U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to
commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of
the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
