                                GETTING STARTED
                                ---------------

                           Run the START_ME.BAT file.

                                  MOUSE USAGE
                                  ------------
         MOUSEKB.EXE is included to provide speedy execution using your MOUSE.  

         MOUSEKB.EXE enables the LEFT button as <RETURN>, the RIGHT button as 
         <ESCape>, and any mouse movement to behave like the ARROW cursor 
         movement keys.  Because SKILLWARE products are menu dominated,  you 
         may use your mouse for complete execution of most programs - leaving 
         your other hand free to control a container of your favorite beverage! 
         (Home schooling at its very best! -you may even chew gum!) 

         To use:
                 1. Load your MOUSE (manufacturer's) driver - usually loaded
                    from the AUTOEXEC.BAT or CONFIG.SYS files (probably
                    already done).

                 2. Execute MOUSEKB.EXE by:

                               MOUSEKB /H8 /V8

                 3. Later, you may wish to fine tune your usage by executing:

                               MOUSEKB /?

                   and following the instructions displayed.

                                    WINDOWS
                                    -------
         All SKILLWARE products can be made accessible from WINDOWS 3.1.  

         Typically, from DOS, copy our product onto your hard disk to a 
         unique (sub)directory.  Thereafter, enter WINDOWS and arrange        
         the desktop so as to view BOTH the FILE MANAGER and the window 
         you wish to access the product from.  "Drag and drop" the 
         START_ME.BAT file from the FILE MANAGER to that window.  An 
         "MSDOS" icon will appear named "START_ME.BAT".  
          
         You may change the identity of the resulting MSDOS icon 
         (START_ME.BAT) to a more meaningful identification (i.e. TUFF 
         SPELL) using the "Properties" option of the FILE menu.
