What is "Meeting Manager" about?
It is a user-friendly powerful product that runs with the
Windows 3.x operating systems to help you organize your 
meetings and keep track of the progress of meeting issues.
Your meeting issues can be kept in a central location for
easy retrieval.
Meeting Manager is part of the "Issues Tracking" suite
of products by ResolutionSoftware.

Initial load of software:
Using the set of diskettes labeled "Original install", insert disk #1
and execute run setup.exe to load your newly aquired software.

Minimum requirements:
The minimum requirements needed to use this product are
Windows 3.x operating system and 4 MB of memory.

First time users demonstration:
The database comes pre-loaded with 'test, demonstration' data.
You may try all of the options. 
When you are finished, use the main menu button
"Reset all data" to initialize the database for your use.

Overview and specifications:

Reports:
Many reports are produced within the software. Even if
you have no other software that produces reports.

Exporting to other products:
If you are using MicroSoft Word (.RTF) files or MicroSoft Excel
(.XLS) files, you may export the database or reports to those 
applications for further analysis using charts, graphs, and
sorting of your design. Many other products can also read these
MicroSoft files.  The application database is in MicroSoft Access.

Portability / productivity:
Once the table, database or report is copied, you can send
it anywhere.  Do you need to report to someone? You can make it 
less time consuming by including the report, graph or data in your
own report or Email.
You can also run MicroSoft Word and MicroSoft Excel from within
this application to modify the report or data then return to the
application without losing your place.

Easy data searching:
There is a special tool to perform searching operations in your
database.  In  the description fields and resolution fields, 
or anywhere else, you will more than likely enter information
that you will later need, and you will probably need it quickly.
This product will find anything and everything in your database 
or you can find only those entries that you need.
