This ia a new and hopefully improved version of Makemap, my utility for
creating Fractint color MAPs. To install (No setup program yet. Sorry.) unzip
the files into your main Fractint directory (where you keep your MAP files).
To run Makemap, you can do any of the following:
	1.	Install it into the Program Manager using the File New command
		and then double click on the icon.
	2.	Go to your Fractint directory with the File Manager where you
		put Makemap and double click on makemap.exe
	3.	Go to your Fractint directory with the File Manager and use
		the File Run command.
Please note that makemap.hlp and bwcc.dll must be in the same directory as
makemap.exe, in the windows directory or in the windows\system directory.
I am assuming here that you are fairly familiar with Windows.

Bug fixes:
	1.	Limit checks on all parameters
	2.	The HSI utility no longer crashes the program if out of range
		parameters are entered.

Enhancements:
	1.	Color map editing. Individual colors or ranges of colors can
		be changed. The map can be rotated forward or backward.
	2.	The first color in the map can be set to black or the color
		generated by one of the program utilities.
	3.	The default entries can be cleared from the Sine and Fourier
		utilities.
	4.	Start and stop ranges can be set for the HSI and RGB
		utilities.
	5.	The help file (run from the menu of Makemap) contains full
		instructions on use of the program.
