Shareware version of Fringe v1.0 as you wish, provided you are distributing 
the Shareware version of Fringe v1.0 in its original and unmodified form.

Written permission is not required for Disk Vendors approved by the Association

Unzip the contents of the .ZIP file into a temporary directory.  
Run Fringe.exe from the temporary directory.
