Major characteristics:

    Prodecom (Processeur De Commandes) is a Bilingual, English-French, 
    program that creates Customer orders, invoices, delivery slips and 
    Suppliers orders. Supports Faxing. Calculates Monthly, Quarterly, 
    and Yearly Taxables, NonTaxables, Totals, Total Taxes, etc..

    Print Labels, Customers List, Suppliers List, Multiple Copies. 
    Supports InkJets, Laser and Dot Matrix Printers. English and 
    French Working language. English and French Forms. Customised 
    Taxes and much more. The Shareware version is fully functionnal.

Requirements:

    The fully functional SHAREWARE version of the software requires 
    a 286 or better CPU and DOS 3.0 and up to run. 
    A color VGA card is also recommended, though the software will 
    run with most display cards. 
    A mouse or other pointing device is also recommended.

   You are granted the right to use and to make an unlimited 
   number of copies of the SHAREWARE version of this software. 
   You may not disassemble, decompose, reverse engineer, or alter 
   any of the files in the package. This includes, but is not 
   limited to modifying any icons, menus, or displays associated

Licensing, Registration and Distribution

   By installing the SHAREWARE version of this software the user 
   implicitly agrees with the utilization rules described in this 
   file and in Prodecom's help topic: "Prodecom Licensing, 
   Registration and Distribution".

Instalation

   First create a Directory on your Disk called PRODECOM.
   Then change unzip all the files to your PRODECOM Directory.

   example:
   md c:\PRODECOM (enter)
   pkunzip pdc42b.zip c:\prodecom (enter)

   DOS: create a batch file on your root DIR
        ex: copy con pdc.bat (or edit pdc.bat) (enter)
            cd\prodecom (enter)
            pdc (enter)
            Press F6 (if using copy con pdc.abt)
            or Save if using (edit pdc.bat)
   Always make shure you are running PDC from the PRODECOM Directory.
   All your information is stored there.

   WINDOWS: To run Prodecom from windows you must use a PIF file.
            Use PIF editor. Include the full Path in the command line
            and The Start in Line 
            COMMAND C:\PRODECOM\pdc.exe
            PATH    C:\PRODECOM

   Windows95: Right click on TASK BAR, select OPTIONS, select 
              START MENU PROGRAMS, ADD, and BROWSE you C: drive
              locate PRODECOM, double click on pdc.exe
