EZ Loan Manager 97 is a money saving loan/mortgage manager that
is easy, simple, and flexible to use.  It is especially useful
for home owners with adjustable loans and/or those who pay their
loan early.  EZ Loan Manager 97 will show you how much interest
you will save if you pay extra principles.  It will save you
money by helping you to choose what type of mortgage, when to
pay extra principle, etc.  For Windows 3.1/Windows 95.
A $ 5.00 one time registration fee will give you unlimited
free upgrades.

Requirement:

   Microsoft Windows 3.1/Windows 95 or higher.
   Microsoft Visual Basic run-time library VB40016.DLL.

Installing EZ Loan Manager 97:
==============================

 1) Start Microsoft Windows.
 2) Insert the EZ Loan Manager disk (if received in one ZIPed file,
    UNZIP the file to one flopy disk) in drive A (or B).
 3) From Program Manager, select File menu and choose Run.
 4) Type a:\setup and press ENTER.

 Simpler and cleaner interfaces.
 Many many new printing options.
 Some minor bug fixes.
 One time registration.

The shareware version is fully functional.  If you use it for more
than 30 days, you must register it.

A one time registration is only $5.00 for home user and $45.00 for any
business user.  Future upgrades will always be free.
