This the shareware version of Personal Stock Monitor (PSM).  Shareware
is a distribution method which allows you to try out the software before
you buy it.  The free trial period lasts for 30 days after first use, after
which time the software will stop retrieving new data.  By using Personal
Stock Monitor, you will be bound by the License agreement included with
this distribution. (See the file license.txt or the on-line help)  If you
do not accept the terms contained in that that License agreement, please
delete Personal Stock Monitor from your computer.

Personal Stock Monitor is an application that makes it easy to track your
investments over the Internet.  It retrieves updated prices and
automatically recalculates the value of your holdings.  With features
including a scrolling ticker bar, price alerts, symbol search, and
graphs, Personal Stock Monitor has become one of the finest quote retrieval
programs on the Internet.

Personal Stock Monitor is known to run on the following operating systems:

                            HOW TO INSTALL PSM

The psm255.exe file is a self-installing executable.  Executing it will
start the installation program which will guide you through the rest of the
installation process.

There are several registration options available, including secure on-line
credit card registration.  For a full description of all of the options,
select "How to Order" from the Help menu in PSM.
