This .Zip file contains the freeware version of Art-O-Matic 1.3

1. Art-O-Matic automatically draws cartoons, line drawings,
   paintings, and photos from 3D models.  It includes some
   3D models.


2. To install Art-O-Matic, unzip all files.

   Then run Setup.exe to install.  After installation, full
   Uninstall is available in Add/Remove Programs of the
   Windows95 Control Panel.

4. This .Zip file contains the freeware version of
   Art-O-Matic 1.3.  This version is FULLY FUNCTIONAL except
   that it can't import additional models (objects) until you
   purchase the unlock code.  There are models included.

   By purchasing the unlock code, you can import models in
   3D Studio (.3ds), DirectX (.x), and CAD (.dxf) formats.



SINGLE USER LICENSE

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the computer software product named
Art-O-Matic ("Software"), you (either an individual or a single entity) agree to
the following.  If you do not wish to agree, promptly return the Software to the
place where you obtained it for a full refund. 

3Dize grants you the following non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited
license.


a.	This freeware version of the Software is free for you to use for as long
	as you like, except to use the extra locked features of the Software, you
	must obtain an unlock code from 3Dize or a duly authorized representative
	of 3Dize.

b.	This freeware version of the Software may be freely distributed in
	unmodified form.  You may not distribute codes, or programs that generate
	codes, which unlock the extra features in this freeware version unless
	you have obtained a separate license from 3Dize for such.

c.	You may install and use the Software on one (1) computer.  You may keep
	unlimited backup copies of the Software.  This license is for one (1)
	user on one (1) computer.  If the Software will be placed on a network
	such that it can be in use by multiple users simultaneously, a separate
	license must be purchased for each computer on the network capable of
	running the Software.

d.	You may NOT use, import, modify, convert, or rename the files or any
	portion of the files, which were installed as part of the Software and
	that had the extensions ".3dz" or ".jpg" when installed, with computer
	programs or software other than the Software, except you may use
	features, including output and export capabilities, of the Software
	freely, except as limited elsewhere in this agreement.

e.	You may NOT reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.

f.	You may NOT incorporate the Software in other computer programs.

g.	You may use the Microsoft Redistributable Components only with Microsoft
	operating system products.

All other rights with respect to the Software are reserved.

ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND

NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.  3DIZE AND IT'S
LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED
BY LICENSEE AS A RESULT OF USING, MODIFYING OR
DISTRIBUTING THE SOFTWARE OR ITS DERIVATIVES. IN NO
EVENT WILL 3DIZE AND IT'S LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
LOST REVENUE, PROFIT OR DATA, OR FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY,
ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SOFTWARE,
EVEN IF 3DIZE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY EVENT, THE MAXIMUM LIMIT OF 3DIZE'S LIABILITY UNDER
THIS AGREEMENT IS $5.
