file: MY_NOTES.TXT

From the help screen, press <n> to view/edit your own QuickRef operational 
note file (called MY_NOTES.TXT).

Use this file to record whatever notes you find useful to help with the 
day-to-day operation of the program, and quickly review them by pressing 
<F1><n>. Edit the file by pressing <e> in the file viewer.

For example, use this file to remember what your various macro (.MCR) files
and your note file header (.FRM) files are for.
